Lost or Stolen Debit Card

It’s important to report a lost or stolen debit card as soon as possible. Call this number, 1-800-262-2024 anytime, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Stop Payment

You can stop payment on a check under certain conditions and time limitations. The general fee is $15. Stop payment orders can be initiated by visiting or calling one of our branches or by logging into your account online.

Change Password

You can change your online banking password by logging into your account and clicking the Profile link near the top of the page. There you will see the Password Edit link. If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your online banking password, you can recover it by clicking the Forgot Password link. Change of Address

You are responsible for notifying us of any change to your name, address, phone number or e-mail address. The change must be requested in writing, or by visiting one of our branches and speaking with a branch manager or banking officer.
